LUNOoOM One (1) Year Limited Warranty

LUNOoOM provides a warranty for the LUNOoOM-branded product, as well as the LUNOoOM-branded accessories included in the original packaging (referred to as "LUNOoOM Product"). This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship when the LUNOoOM Product is used in accordance with LUNOoOM's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). LUNOoOM's published guidelines encompass various sources such as technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

It's important to note that any claims made under the LUNOoOM One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms specified in this warranty document.

This warranty does not extend to any products that are not branded by LUNOoOM or any software, regardless of whether it is packaged or sold with LUNOoOM Product. Other manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, apart from LUNOoOM, may offer their own warranties, and it is advisable to contact them directly for more information. Software, including system software, distributed by LUNOoOM, with or without the LUNOoOM brand, is not covered by this warranty. LUNOoOM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the LUNOoOM Product. Any damage resulting from failure to follow instructions regarding the use of the LUNOoOM Product is not the responsibility of LUNOoOM.

• Physical damages/software related issues/wear tear due to ageing.
• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or mechanical stress.
• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage or changes to the product.
• Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of external objects.
• Defects or damaged caused due to unauthorized access.
• Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by LUNOoOM.
• Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by LUNOoOM.
• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
• Defects or damage resulting from Wi-Fi signal reception or transmission, or internet speed or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
• Products not purchased from LUNOoOM or authorised partner.
• Repairs conducted by unofficial repair centers.
• Damage or changes in exterior due to ageing.

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNOoOM shall not be held responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. This includes, but is not limited to, damages such as loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss, damage to, compromise or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, regardless of the cause.

LUNOoOM also disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair the LUNOoOM Product under this warranty or replace it without the risk of information loss stored on the product. Additionally, LUNOoOM cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information stored on the LUNOoOM Product.
