Throughout this policy, we will collectively refer to these channels as the "LUNOoOM Store," making it visually easier for both parties.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an LUNOoOM Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an LUNOoOM Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with LUNOoOM ‘s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Products purchased at LUNOoOM store cannot be refunded or exchanged, as every product is made to order.
If you believe that your new LUNOoOM product is defective, please contact LUNOoOM Store Customer Service to discuss your options.
LUNOoOM products utilize wireless services that may result in additional charges and are subject to the terms outlined in a separate agreement between you and your chosen wireless service provider.
LUNOoOM offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty for all new LUNOoOM-branded products, protecting against any defects in materials and workmanship. The specific terms and conditions of this warranty can be found in the Warranty section www.lunooom.com/warrenty . It is important to note that LUNOoOM's one-year manufacturing warranty is provided separately from and in addition to any consumer protection rights granted under Indian Consumer Law.
Engaging in unauthorized software or cosmetic modifications on an LUNOoOM product is a violation of the LUNOoOM software license agreement. We strongly emphasize that such modifications should not be attempted. If your LUNOoOM becomes unusable due to an unauthorized software modification, please be aware that the repair will not be covered under the warranty.
LUNOoOM retains the right to modify the prices of products showcased at the LUNOoOM Store at any given time and rectify any unintentional pricing errors. However, any changes in price will not affect an order that has already been accepted by LUNOoOM. In the event of a pricing error, we will promptly inform you of the error and provide you with the option to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order without incurring any charges.
The prices displayed are in Indian rupees (Rs). If you are using an international credit card for your purchase, please be aware that the purchase price may vary due to exchange rates. Additionally, your bank or credit card issuer may impose foreign conversion charges and fees, which can contribute to the overall cost of your purchase. For detailed information regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card issuer.

Credit Card or Debit Card/ EMI and No Cost EMI/ Net Banking/ UPI
If you choose to pay by credit card, upon order submission, we may temporarily hold funds up to the total order amount on your credit card. In the event that we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will promptly notify you, allowing you to provide an alternative payment method. Your credit card will be charged only after we have accepted your order.
To ensure the security of transactions, we reserve the right to request suitable documentation in order to verify the identity of the credit card holder.
Please be assured that all information provided by you will be handled securely and in strict compliance with the relevant data protection laws.
LUNOoOM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order and impose limits on order quantities. In certain cases, LUNOoOM may require additional qualifying information before accepting or processing an order. Upon receiving your order through LUNOoOM, we will send you an email order confirmation. However, please note that this confirmation does not signify LUNOoOM's acceptance of your order or confirm our offer to sell. It simply acknowledges that we have received your order. The LUNOoOM Store retains the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after its receipt. If an order is cancelled by LUNOoOM after you have been billed, a refund for the billed amount will be issued.
To place an order for products or services at the LUNOoOM Store, please visit our website at https://www.lunooom.com Add your desired items to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout using your LUNOoOM ID, and select your preferred payment method. You can choose to have your items shipped to either yourself or a designated person. Shortly after we receive your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Once we have processed and prepared your order for shipping, we will send you an acceptance email, referred to as the "Shipment Notification Email," which will include the shipment details. For items that are in stock, this email is typically sent within twenty-four hours. Upon receiving the Shipment Notification Email, a contract will be formed between you and LUNOoOM, with the key terms of the contract outlined in the acceptance email. At this point, we will promptly deliver the product(s) to you, allowing you to start enjoying the amazing items you have purchased from the LUNOoOM Store.
The LUNOoOM Online Store and our LUNOoOM Contact Centre offer both standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery is provided free of charge for orders that exceed a certain amount. However, for orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will be applicable. Please note that each item in your order will be shipped as it becomes available.
We currently only accept orders and deliver products to addresses within specific PIN codes covered by our delivery service in India. Before placing an order, please ensure that your delivery PIN code is eligible for delivery.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, it's important to acknowledge that unforeseen events beyond LUNOoOM's control may impact the actual delivery process once the order leaves our facilities. In the event of significant delays, we will promptly notify you and work together to ensure a smooth delivery. As LUNOoOM is responsible for dispatching the products you purchase from the LUNOoOM Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) will be transferred to you or a person designated by you once physical possession of the product(s) is acquired.
LUNOoOM exclusively sells and ships products to end-user customers. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if there is a suspicion of purchasing products for the purpose of resale or commercial purpose.
Due to high demand and/or limited supply of certain products, LUNOoOM may need to impose restrictions on the quantity of products available for purchase. Rest assured, we are working diligently to meet the demand and produce these items as quickly as possible.
LUNOoOM retains the right to modify the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order has been placed. Additionally, there may be instances where LUNOoOM confirms your order but subsequently discovers that the requested product cannot be supplied. Should this occur, LUNOoOM will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the purchase price.
All prices on LUNOoOM are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax), which will be detailed on your invoice.
You can opt to receive a business invoice during checkout. You will be asked to enter your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and will receive a business e-invoice via email, after your order is delivered. Please note: it is not possible to add or amend a GSTIN on your invoice after your order has processed, and Customer Service cannot edit invoices to include it.
Please note that the state in which your GSTIN is registered must match your billing address as well as the delivery address.
